I cut my trip short but did have a 10 hour drive back. In the time I was coming home, they broke $250 worth of my personal property and initially told me they'd pay be back for it. After being run around, they told me they'd be crediting it to the bill that i'm not even paying, my insurance is. They have been horrible at communicating with me and each other. Told my adjuster I refused to let them take equipment on a day they just showed up on their time to grab it and i was at work. No one had spoken with me about a time they could come by to grab it. They had to leave it all weekend and someone told me they wouldn't charge for it. Someone who didn't have the authority to tell me that. So now I'm fighting with their project manager to not be charged for the weekend because they didn't communicate when they wanted to pick it up on Friday. AND i'm fighting to be reimbursed for my things they broke. A lot of words have been stuffed in my mouth by these assholes. They did a good job taking out the flooring and trim from my place but their customer service was so so SO bad i would absolutely never hire or recommend them to anyone. besides they are expensive. As our system was an older system, he walked me through the requirements to make the smart control panel work correctly for our lawn. I get it. Fuel costs are 3x what they were before the pandemic. Materials/supplies have increased in price 5x. However, pricing the materials used at Home Depot or Lowes shows me a good idea of how much fluff is added to the invoice. Labor should be $40 an hour MAX. This is unskilled labor, not rocket science. You don't need a degree to install sprinkler systems. And if you come out to do the work, complete the job. I'll never use them again. Never. This sort of stuff is what gives this industry a bad name.

The installers did fantastic work, and also very nice. A couple of weeks ago, we had bad thunderstorms blow through with bursts of very high winds. We had two pieces that came down.
