I had an appointment with Kristianna, who just after meeting her, I knew she would be able to carry out what I wanted. I'm not too picky when it comes to color, but I definitely need a place that uses the best color dyes (e.g. Goldwell). My roots were growing out real bad, and I wanted to refresh my ends with the trendy ombre look. Kristianna is an expert, she's amazing and will tell you the step-by-step procedures, so you understand what colors work best with you. The entire time I was at ease, and Kristianna was so much fun to talk to. And what I loved even more was that she gave me advice on hair products and even recommended me some, but didn't push for a sale. She gave me great maintenance tips, and she's so incredibly nice. Although I am moving away, I don't care how far I will travel, this salon will be my go-to place whenever I'm back in the area.
