I've had three separate service calls, including a technician coming out, and the problem is still not resolved. When I attempted to cancel my service today, the experience was just as frustrating. It took over 20 minutes of repeatedly saying "no" to retention offers before they would even process the cancellation. Even after all that, they are still trying to charge me for the entire month--even though I'm canceling less than a week into the billing cycle. Between the repeated failure to fix the issue and the difficulty canceling, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before signing up, as the customer support and service reliability have not met expectations

Now, I keep getting e-mails saying I HAVE EARNED A PREMIUM UPGRADE! Most people's first thought would be they were GIVING you something for being a good customer, but OH, NO, it's just another con they are trying to pull.
