(Yes, I'm talking to my friends I've known personally for years, not my YELP friends, just to clarify). Sam was quite busy upon my initial arrival, understandably so - I walked around, strummed a guitar, flipped through some albums (cool music selections) checked out some coins and cards, electronics and tools - proceeded to depart yet return the very next day. Coleman 425 Guide Series was an immediate sale, Sam worked with me on price, he had carefully saved the extra fuel and funnel - it was brand spanking new - never seen the light of day - beautiful camping stove. Then we proceeded to open the THULE bicycle rack box and tinker with it together - alas, my YUBA was too beefy to fit it. But this is what I'm saying, this is my point - where else will the business owner/manager take the time to perform that level of service? Regular retail operations wouldn't entertain the thought and that's another reason for they are a dying breed of complacent dinosaurs. I say relationship because the #1 thing in any relationship is trust. I have trusted Days Jewelers to take care of all my jewelry needs. It started with repairs, cleaning, and checkups on my prongs holding my gems. Which led to projects; I inherited a lot of antique jewelry which needed appraisals as well as diamonds replaced that had fallen out since the 1930's, to three necklaces with high quality fake pearls that needed to be restrung. Watches for my guys, to my engagement and wedding bands, I have trusted Day's. I purchased the cross I wear every day which lead to my family all getting the same cross. The necklaces have worn out over the years but the cross still looks amazing! I still get compliments. More repairs and cleaning which is what led me here today. Another antique 1970's piece I ADORE broke and knew they would be able to get it back together again. Plus my floating pearls clasp broke. Dropped off on Saturday, schedule board read repairs would be done by July 7, almost two weeks, no rush. Well I got the call on Monday afternoon everything was fixed! Conveniently locate by the Mall and my office, at the store in 4minutes. Walked in was greeted at the repair counter and registers. Handed the sales woman my tickets and they were in hand with in minutes. Looking perfect once again. Having 15 minutes to spare I went back in and took pictures for this review. How could I not??? Excuse was to clean all my jewelry I was wearing rings and cross. Wallet in hand and ready to pay 8 minutes later, am told "No charge"! The repairs and cleaning were free because of our long standing relationship.

This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. The staff in Bellmans are the real gems. They are friendly and professional without being insistent. I wish there was a Bellmans in Naples! Maybe one day!? Love this store!

Came here after finding Bellman's on social media to design my engagement ring! I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! I'm so happy with it and our experience with Bellman's, we'll definitely be back for wedding bands!
