First, I'm surprised there isn't a class action lawsuit against this company for their bait and switch tactics. Almost every time I place an order with a promo, the promo price never updates. So I get charged full price and have to spend literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to fix it. They never can. So then I have to go through the process of cancelling the order. I think they do this in the hopes that people will just give up out of frustration and pay the full price. Not happening with me. And pro access is a complete rip off. I received my items faster without pro access. So there really is no benefit to it. Just another scam by GNC. I'm really hoping these shady tactics of theirs catches up with them and they go completely out of business.
