Family dollar & general dollar, the RV park is so safe & comfortable so quiet SO CLEAN.The stars are amazing !! The RV park asks to keep porch lights off at night so everyone can enjoy the stars !! Which is OMG !! I feel conflicted letting everyone know about this place. We would like to keep it to ourselfs. But, I believe in hell so come enjoy what we have enjoyed.

Guest host on site and available any time needed and always willing to help any time as well. Doesn't have any amenities you might see at other RV Parks but it does have Laundry ($2 each) and 2 restroom/shower rooms. I've lived here for over 30 years, so I understand the heat of the desert. The RV Park is not able to accommodate the electrical needs for the amount of people staying at the park. Most of the guest this week staying here for the fair were not able to use their AC units. I had to leave three days early and find a new place to stay. This was a huge inconvenience. Since my child was showing animals all week. The Red ants were everywhere, they charge a dollar a minute to use the showers. The whole area is barren with few trees for shade. no outside tables. It was really disappointing.

Although it was late in the evening we were lucky that a site was available. All the folks we encountered were super friendly and the site is well maintained. We took advantage of the showers and laundry facilities. The older parents in our group even booked one of the small modular homes for the following nights as they had enough of camping. We took a quick spin on the communal bicycles and the kids enjoyed the animals (birds, iguana, swans, goat, and koi) on the property. If you have a RV I would recommend using Rusty's as a base for exploring the East and west sides of the Chiricahua's.

We could call him anytime if we were concerned about anything. I don't feel secure anymore. I am an elderly woman, alone and unable to get out or around very easily. Only notification of new mgmt was a note that my daughter found on the ground. It did't mention getting rid of security or handyman. I found out about security when I called him to warn him of something. He told me that he and the handyman, who was very helpful, had been discontinued. I would have rated the park 5 stars before, but not anymore and am very unhappy with the decision to get rid of security and handyman.

The first job was rebuilding a balcony, which he did in a single day at an affordable price with expert workmanship. Nick is highly conscientious, dependable, thorough, & honest, & his prices are highly competitive. He also does work that's second to none. As far as pricing goes, I'd rather pay a little more for a top quality job than to pay a bargain price for a job that turned out to be mickey-mouse; i.e., crappy. In the case of the latter, it would only cost more in the long run to have the job re-done the right way. He will not overcharge you. His prices are fair. Instead of merely doing patch-work, Nick filled the two walls with rebar & concrete. Although time-consuming, that is the best way to ensure sturdiness & durability. Then, he added stucco to match the original stucco & matching paint. There isn't any job that DIGN Homes cannot do, & I give you my word that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the results. MY RATING OF HIS WORK: From 1 to 10 with 10 being best, I give DIGN Homes a 10+, which is as good as a AAA+ rating.
