So my daughter in law contacted them in March and their response was that if the prom did not reschedule then they would get a refund minus an administrative fee. Sounds good, so fast forward to this week and my daughter in law contacts them again to let them know that our school did not reschedule. What was their response? NO REFUND AT ALL per the owner. And we are not the only ones. She has done this to multiple people and tries to poor pitiful me when she is called out on Facebook! This is straight cash in her pocket because she doesn't pay the rental company a DIME until the rental is delivered to her ( Which was never done). I can understand a no refund policy when it is done at the last minute and she had to pay for it but this is not the case. She is just out to cheat people out of their money! So I hope she remembers this when no one will do business with her. Live and learn but my family will never do business here again!
