You'll find clothing, shoes, videos, books, furniture, electronics, housewares, health items, etc. I didn't think the prices were fair on some things that were really junky, but after asking the woman at the register, I found out that items are donated and all of the proceeds go towards the Boys & Girls Club. That wasn't clear at all, and I would not have known that if I wasn't true to my outgoing self and asked the associate about the store. All I found to buy were my overpriced buttons, but I'm happy knowing I supported a good cause.

After checking reviews online, it seems I'm not the only customer who has encountered expired products here. There were no signs in the store disclosing this issue. When I brought it up, the owner questioned me aggressively and even raised his voice while I was still shopping in the aisles. He asked why the bottle I was bringing back was empty, which felt unreasonable--I wasn't sure if he expected me to bring back a half-finished drink. The situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I wouldn't have made a big deal about a refund, but the way I was treated made this experience unacceptable. I hope the business improves on how customers are treated.

From helping with finding just the right piece of furniture, to helping put together reasonable packages, to convincing you that something might, or might not, be the right fit for you. She was the star of our experiences there. So far, we have 2 sets of furniture consisting of 12 pieces that fit our new home perfectly and I'm convinced there will be more in our future. I walked out with gorgeous Matryoshka (Russian Doll), a hand-painted Russian egg with a church on it, and crystal-ish egg holder. I paid very reasonable price for these items considering that souvenirs from Russia are scarce right now. This space really offers very unique finds. VALUE: The prices vary. Each seller sets their own prices so they are all over the board. I would say that you can find items within any budget. Most items are well priced for antiques. Stopped at Second Chances Antique Gallery in Warren to see what interesting things I could find…read more From the outside it Second Chances doesn't look like much, but once you get inside it is impressive; there are 3 rooms of a wide variety of stuff. Lots of variety, collectibles, antiques, instruments, toys, and just about anything you could be looking for. Talking to the owner I found out that he had recently bought out the previous owner and was getting things organized and cleaned up. I was impressed with the wooden masks and assorted carvings they had; most were very high quality and vintage. The back room has a wide variety of items, from the usual flea market trinkets to really nice items. I found a really cool walking stick with a hatchet head, it was unpriced and the owner was great about negotiating a fair price. Overall I was very impressed with the variety and selection at Second Chance, well worth the drive. The new owner was very friendly and willing to deal. If you are looking for something vintage or antique go and check them out.
