They went above and beyond to install everything just right, and I could not be happier. We even had to hire an electrician to upgrade the electrical outlets in the kitchen, and they were able to coincide appointments just right. In addition, the dishwasher, since it is recycled, had a part that needed replacing. It took a while for the part to arrive due to the Covid-19 situation, but the part finally arrived from WA. Josh, the repair technician, came to replace the part, worked diligently to resolve it ASAP, and then it worked just right. Other than the dishwasher, all the other appliances have worked just fine. Now since the dishwasher just had a part replaced, it has been acting up again, so I had to call again for another repair appointment. The two man crew who came to haul away were amazing (Jeff and I forgot the other name). They worked so hard packing in the tree limbs and debris and were upfront about the cost, which was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. There was no hidden costs or extra charge for time etc. They even cleaned up the pine needles and debris on the street, which was totally unexpected.
