I was researching this company and it all seems sketchy, all the reviews and enconters that people have had are the same script over and over again. My dad just got called from them saying if he pays $59 a month and then send $299 for the attorney they will fight his case. My dad told them that he'll think about it and they have been non-stop harassing him calling him almost everyday at each hour trying to get him signed upped. I am having an issue renewing my CDL A from things from another state I had a CDL A in from almost 10yrs ago. I told almost this to Alex who signed me up. I also complained about several LIES I was told by her and she reassured me all would be just fine and if not happy within 6 days of the service she would give me a full refund. I was told I would talk to a lawyer "For Free" within 24hrs , then it was up to 72hrs. Then when assigned an attorney it would take up to another 72hrs to talk to them amd they may charge for the consultation. I was also give a lawyer 5hrs away from the county I gave them that THEY asked for and I ended up having to call the attorney for him to tell me I need to travel the 12hrs myself to the state capital to handle it myself. They are unbelievably incompetent amd the communication is rediculous on topnotch the BS they tell you just to get you to sign up. So since I have lost my job because I cannot renew my CDL A and now have to try and get my $59.95 back which they do have a lesser membership I was not told of just that the $59.95 monthly was the only fee. I should have taken to the reviews and complaints before wasting my time more than anything by them telling me "NO problem, we handle things like this all the time." I joined TVC Pro-Driver INC. because I received a speeding citation by CHP. Every step of the way YOU have to pay more & more money. They hired an attorney (William S. This company is literally a scam or fraud or call it whatever you want to call it then it's true! I'm a member with them since the beginning of 2022 till now, when I got a ticket, they said yes send it to us we are going to help you with it! Then they called me saying oh you are not a member! I said "yes I im a member what are you talking about" they were like" oh no you are a member of the Elite program and we are not offering that anymore " i said okay what should I do, they ;" you need to enroll in this membership and then we are going to take care of you after you pay $49.99" i did enroll and they they said oh you have to pay the$ 299.00 because you were not a member " i said okay and then they were like " oh you have to pay the lawyer whatever expenses he is gonna charge you we only give you 25 percent" So guys please stay away from it and the ones whom already have bad experiences with them please report them because suck a company needs to be closed and not running! I have been paying a TVC Pro Driver membership for years. I recently sent them the citations I received. They told me an attorney will be representing me in court. They also told ,me they notified the attorney. The court day arrived and no attorney showed up to represent me and I was found guilty for no-show. It appears TVC never notified the attorney. I would never recommend TVC to anyone. Very disappointed in the service. The attorney that was supposed to represent my 19 year old son did not give him any follow up information. The attorney even told me she was not well versed in handling his type of case. I had to call and ask the attorney all types of questions. My son left court thinking one thing when he received a letter from the Secretary of State it was totally different. The attorney never told my son he had to go apply for a driving permit. It was a total waste of money because I did all the follow up work. I could of represented my son (with a counseling degree) and received the same outcome. TVC is not even worth one star. What a complete and absolute waste of time. They assigned my case to a lawyer who was completely inept - someone named Stacy Kirvin. She repeatedly lied about trying to reach out to me when I never received any updates from this person. I had to call the court myself and attempt to track down information on my own. Everyone at TVC was RUDE. All I wanted was for the ticket to be removed from my record, but this attorney couldn't get that accomplished. I spoke with someone named Kristy from TVC and she was so incredibly rude and condescending. I cancelled my membership and suggest you stay as far away from this company as possible.
