He had promised to have it completed by July 3rd because we had guests coming over for the Fourth of July, but he didn't get it completed until the end of the following week, so we had to cancel our plans. We have Inadequate sprinkler coverage which has lead to dead grass, poor grading, he only planted 1 correct tree out of the 3 species I provided him a list for. He damaged a fence post which he replaced after getting the color wrong the first time, and then stated he cemented it in which it isn't. By 9am the very next day Paxton was in our yard and had determined that we had a bad solenoid and replaced it, and the sprinkler system has run like a champ since then. Probably any competent sprinkler company could have found the bad solenoid but Idaho Sprinklers responsiveness and their customer focus just made me a loyal customer as long as I'm in their service area.

When installing the irrigation, I told Clemente exactly where it needed to be, and he did it the way he wanted to do it anyway (zigzagged, and curvy going to individual plants instead of along the border where all the plants were going to go) and was upset when I saw what he'd done & told him it had to be taken out and run along the border as I had initially shown him. The broken sprinklers never got fixed, and there is still a big pile of mulch that we are going to have to spread ourselves. The 300+ feet of border that we had them do between the beds, and the grass is elevated and not flush as it was originally. I asked them not to cash the last check until the work was done, and we never heard from them again.

They understood that this is a big decision and really helped us visualize what will look and feel the best. After doing are entire backyard (including orchard area, retaining wall, garden etc) we were so thrilled we decided to have them do our entire frontward as well. We now have the ABSOLUTE greenest grass and best sprinkler system in the whole neighborhood. Everything they did was top notch and they have very high standards. The owner told me he treats every job the way he would do his own house and it definitely shows.
