During the visit, extra material was left behind and it was not communicated that there would be an additional charge for it, which gave the impression it was included or done as a courtesy. We were later invoiced for an additional $100, and the markup on the materials felt very high. When we called to ask for clarification, the response was not very helpful, and they stood by the charges without offering much explanation. Scheduling was also challenging. The scheduling coordinator frequently called multiple times and the conversations were often longer than necessary, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

They understood that this is a big decision and really helped us visualize what will look and feel the best. Brian took pictures under the house showing us exactly what was going on and was able to provide us with two different options to fix the problem providing us with the pros and cons of each along with pricing. Once we made a decision, they installed a drain system under our house which included pumps and a dehumidifier. All of his employees were polite, friendly and appeared very knowledgeable. The workers had to make many trips through our house during the project to gain access under the house and they were always very conscious of keeping our home clean.
