The space itself is relaxing and would be a great spot to hang out, but the wine didn't quite match the atmosphere. The options I tried were fine, just not memorable for the price point. The food choices were also pretty limited, and since you can't bring your own snacks, it felt a little restricting. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy the view for a bit, though I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back.

But the baked potato came out only warm and undercooked, and the French onion soup needs some attention: the onions weren't caramelized, so it lacked the rich depth that dish should have. None of this is a dealbreaker, and I'll be back. I'd just love to see them sweat the small stuff again rather than lean on nostalgia and their loyal regulars. Get those details right and this is easily a five-star spot.

My wife ordered cod with french fries. The cod was less than room temperature and the so were the fries. Our server came by to ask us how was the food, but didn't wait for an answer. When she did come by later we told her that the food was cold. She asked if we would like to have my wife's seafood dinner boxed up and we said no. The problem was with the attitude of the server. She didn't care. We didn't get a coupon for a different meal. Nothing. They took her meal off of our bill. All we got were the smug looks from the server we complained to management and the manager did nothing but tell us that we should have told her earlier. I have been told for decades that this was a great place to eat. I've been there four times now and twice the food was unacceptable. We will never go there again.

The team she hired to set up the venue was clearly inexperienced and even made comments to my family members saying, "I'm not sure what to do I've never done this before." Time was severely mismanaged and the coordinator/owner was visibly overwhelmed. Marilee does not care whether or not you are happy with her services. After the wedding, I tried contacting Marilee privately to express my dissatisfaction and try and find a compromise on the amount she billed us for (which she was unwilling to give any details or itemization of her invoice) and she ended up ignoring my emails. She took no accountability, was disrespectful and made rude comments about my wedding, and showed no willingness to compromise...she never apologized and immediately was defensive and threatened legal action. After trying to contact her 3 times and being ignored, she filed with small claims. The judgement ended up being dismissed. After having such a horrible experience and doing more research, I found out the business was dissolved in 2014 and is no longer legally operating under its LLC.
