We went there and everything was truly magical. We bought few souvenirs and left with a positive experience to remember for years :) keep in mind the toys are bit pricy but also remember it's all hand made in Italy and a family owned business, you're paying for top quality craftsmanship with toys and figurines that almost could talk to you. Unfortunately, I did not find anything appropriate and a sketch note costs 28 euros for a quality that was totally not worth the price, and for nonexistent service. The boutique lady was very occupied on the phone and with some in store construction, that I left with only a single item after having gone there solely to buy all my gifts from that store. Unfortunately, now I have to trudge around in the rain gift shopping! Ugh!!!
