Amazing statement of customer service and all hand made wooden toys and craftsmanship. I was vacationing in Florence Italy with my family and my daughter wanted to buy a unique toy/souvenir from Italy so she found this business online. We went there and everything was truly magical. We bought few souvenirs and left with a positive experience to remember for years :) keep in mind the toys are bit pricy but also remember it's all hand made in Italy and a family owned business, you're paying for top quality craftsmanship with toys and figurines that almost could talk to you. What a charming store made of wooden items. Pinocchio is definitely the star of the place. We had a great time browsing around looking at all the cute items. Clocks, magnets, key chains, photo holders, pencil sharpeners - you name it, they had it. Prices were reasonable for what you're getting. Guy at the counter had a crabby attitude, but other than that, this was a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. The author of Pinocchio lived in Florence. read more

I don't know who had more fun here my 7 year old or myself! Such a memorable place to search out and Of course we brought back many handmade wooden items for friends! My little one loved that Pinocchio was "born" here and she made sure to leave him a message in the travelers log :) read more

this store sells the classic wooden pinocchio's. i had fun in here, looking around and ended up buying a ton of stuff. the wooden pinocchio's are perfect gifts and screams Italy!! if you're ever in Florence, you should stop by. they do have other locations throughout Italy but Pinocchio is from Florence, so why not go to the original birth place of Pinocchio. read more

Located on one of the main streets in the city center and with a display window full of army…read morefigures, dolls, and a life-sized samurai Playmobile figure and even bigger stuffed polar bear, how could I deny my kids when they beg me if they could go in "just to look"?! Dreoni has so many sections filled a huge selection of toys--from all-American Barbies to Pinocchios, baby toys to train models, bouncy balls to puzzles, build-your-own stuffed animal to musical instruments--if you're looking for a specific toy, Dreoni probably has it. Although there was an occasion or two (possibly even three!) when we left Dreoni without buying something, we usually left the store with an item, even though the prices were a bit on the high side. If you do buy something, check out is very peculiar: you give the item(s) to a check out staff member who then adds up the prices of the items. You then walk to another counter and pay another employee before returning to the first staff member who has wrapped your items. Always threw me off but it works for them. Treat your kids, and the kid in you, to a visit to Dreoni. It's almost as fun as museum and you can score some cool action figures or baby dolls while you're there!
