The mechanic that I use recommended 67 Body Shop, and I'm glad they did, because I wouldn't have known about them. I did price them against a more commercial outlet on Stratford. I called 67 Body Shop to get a price for painting and installing the mirror. I mentioned to Zeke- the owner of 67 Body Shop, I was surprised how expensive the mirror was. He suggested I call Jerry Johnson Motors. I am so grateful that Zeke provided that suggestion! It saved me about $350. Once I got the mirror, I took it to 67 Body Shop. Zeke fit it into his schedule. I dropped the car off at 9 am and he told me to come back at 10 am. He was finishing up the installation when I got there. He did a great job on painting and installing the mirror at a reasonable price. From Zeke suggesting an aftermarket mirror to his willingness to work with my schedule, I strongly recommend anyone needing a body shop repair give him a call.

Then my wife meets Miss Jo at Flow VW while helping my niece with her car search. She sees the Atlas. History made. After meeting Miss Jo and her team, we found ourselves new owners of a new VW Atlas. We could not pass up on this quality opportunity so we pulled the trigger now instead of waiting til next year. I was impressed how Jo expanded her team and introduced us to the Service Manager: Donovan. Donovan answered all of my technical questions promptly. In my business, I have to trust my Maintainers! We are so thankful to extend our relationships with the Flow family. Ian at Flow Lexus and now Miss Jo at Flow VW. I have no reservations sending my niece to any Flow dealer based on how we have been treated. The car business is tough and sometimes stressful.

I'm writing this on behalf of women in my family because the way they were treated at Volkswagen of…read moreGreensboro was completely unacceptable. Based on their experiences, there was a clear feeling that women were not being treated fairly or with the same respect they should expect from any dealership. They felt they were being overcharged, given misleading or conflicting information, and spoken to as though they wouldn't understand enough about their vehicles to question what they were being told. When they did ask questions, the experience only left them feeling more dismissed and taken advantage of. Women should not have to bring a man with them to a dealership just to feel confident they are getting straight answers, fair pricing, and basic respect. Yet that is exactly the impression these experiences left on our family. If you are a woman considering doing business here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion, requesting every quote and recommendation in writing, and verifying the information before paying for anything. Our family has lost trust in Volkswagen of Greensboro because of how the women in our family felt they were treated. Customers deserve honesty and equal treatment regardless of gender, and based on our family's experiences, that is not what happened here.

Melo (the owner) answered the call even before official office hours and assured me he'd take a look as soon as he could. By about 10:30 in the morning I had an estimate. The price was very fair for a catalytic converter and air flow sensor. He had the work done by that evening! He had offered to do the inspection but wanted me to drive it a bit before doing so. The next morning the check engine light was back on (he had warned me this could happen) and he was very accommodating to look at it again that day. It turned out there was another bad sensor and he replace that as well without charging any additional fees. He was always very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that my vehicle was taken care of and that I, as a single woman, felt confident. I highly recommend this business!
