I took my BMW X3 to Jimmy to have the window regulators replaced. I paid over $360 for this repair, picked my vehicle up, and the very next day...I rolled down the window to let a bee out of the window as I waited outside to pick my daughter up after school...I heard a snap. The window regulator was malfunctioning again. I went by the shop to ask Jimmy if he had issues replacing them, and told him that the driver side rear was broken again just one day later. He didn't offer to take a look at it to see what the issue was...nothing. I vowed to never use the passenger side rear...afraid that the same thing would happen, and you know? Months later...I came out of the grocery store and my back window was down? I never touched this window, which means that it's possible that I've paid this young man for a job that was never done properly. I was ROBBED!
