They could not find a tutor for our available times. Instead of any information once a person was found, I received an email with a first name and a phone number. I expressed that I was not impressed with that type of introduction. there was no response. Then, a lovely and kind young woman came who was clearly new and no experience with my daughters challenges nor in her subject of need - language. I have sent emails to the director with no answer. This has been disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
