All of the instructors here are phenomenal. I got a chance to interact with Boone, Blake, and Kurt…read more They are extremely knowledge and patient. They are also very observant and new when I was in my head over thinking or not mastering a skill because I was hesitant and nervous. If they see an issue they pull you to the side and explain what you should be doing or in my case visually show me that I shouldn't be afraid of doing something. It really helped a lot. All of their pointers, advice and corrections. The classroom portion was in depth and really gave you with a lot to think about. The visual explanations really drive home what they are explaining to you. The verbal explanations with the visual description really makes you go "oh I get it. I see how that works" or in some cases wouldn't work. I spent the last two days ancients free and felt more at ease and comfortable and more confident in myself and my actions. There was one range practice that was verbally explained, then Kurt provided a ridden example. It was a lot of steps and I felt overwhelmed but was supposed to be in the first group of riders and was the second rider. I asked if I could visually watch the first group and move to the second so I could watch and gain a better understanding. They allowed me to do this and while observing the first group of riders Kurt stood with me and explained what steps the rider was taking to accomplish the task. By the time my group was up I had a better understanding and felt more comfortable attempting the task. I can't drive home enough how friendly they are and how comfortable they make you feel. They boost your confidence when they see you lack it in yourself. It was a really good experience and I would absolutely recommend the course to others. Thank you guys. I had a really great weekend out there with you.

Allowed someone they had never seen before to pickup my daughter without my consent, whom was also not on the pickup list, and didn't calling me first. Then after this occurred the director continued communication with the abductor instead of hearing my concerns/request as the enrolling, and PAYING parent. I refused to take my daughter (or allow any other child I know) back to this establishment and a lawsuit would be in order had my daughter not been returned after police intervention. This was the most stressful day of my life as a mother and I pray no one else has to endure this type of suffering/heartache/worry.

Top-Tier Experience with Emerald Wake - Smooth, Professional, and So Much Fun…read moreI recently picked up a Fliteboard Pro Carbon (Black) with the MN 1300 wing, Flow 245 stabilizer, Explore battery, True Glide prop, and Fast Charger from Emerald Wake, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Hamish Davidson, the owner, is the kind of person you want to work with--passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help you get the most out of your setup. We met in person for the pickup. Hamish gave me excellent verbal tips and setup advice that made a huge difference. Thanks to his guidance, I was up and flying within 20 minutes--and I've got the video to prove it! The board itself is incredible--fast, responsive, and beautifully built. But what really stood out was the level of support from Hamish. He genuinely wants you to succeed and enjoy every second on the water. No pushy sales, just honest guidance from someone who clearly knows and loves what he's doing. If you're even thinking about trying e-foiling or investing in a FliteBoard, Emerald Wake is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and talk to Hamish at Emerald Wake - great service, great energy, and a truly pro-level experience.
