I had used Tutor Doctor for years and enjoyed most (not all) of their tutors.  Going into the Covid year we had approximately 5-6 hours left to use up. They were only providing online tutoring which didnt work for my sons needs at the time. Also there had not been a need to use them until this year. This is my son's final year of high school. Before this he had co op placements, construction and auto courses all of which didn't need a tutor.  Apparently the business has been bought out and I am unable to use my remaining hours as they have expired. Since when do hours of tutoring expire. This was never explained when we bought our packages. This is very poor practice. I will never recommend to use Tutor Doctor. read more
