I am now getting better quality printing (on better quality paper) for a FRACTION of the cost. Randy is super quick to respond to my requests and the turnaround for printing is just a swift. He's also just an all around nice guy. We have since added bound spiral books, fliers and signage (boards and banners) and are just as happy with the results. As a small business owner, I really hate to see companies gouging their customers when they can make a very good living with a much smaller markup. I had no idea how much we were being ripped off at the other company until I landed here. I will not be going back, and you shouldn't either.

Since that time she has provided tune-up support and has always been available for ad-hoc issues since the site went live. IMO the after support is as critical as the original design due to the constantly changing world of WordPress. Aso, she gave us tools/training on how to input updated content ourselves/keep our site fresh (in Google's eyes). All of our communication was through email, and the manager who helped me through my order was extremely helpful and attentive to my questions. The turnaround time from accepting the quote to having the invitation suite in my hands was a little over 24 hours. I wasn't on a time crunch, but if I was, this would have been amazing!
