I've never had a problem with my fish due to how much effort I put into the tank.. Firstly one of the fish died within 2 days, 2 days after that white spot started to appear on some of our other fish. A week on and all 12 of our fish are dead. Some off our fish we have had for over 10 years these fish are irreplaceable and most worth around 500 dollars each, this has been a terrible experience. We called upmarket pets, this was a complete waist of time, of course as mentioned in previous reviews they just denied any accountability or compassion. I ended up just ending the call it was pointless. Meanwhile we had other pet shops get involved to try to help save the fish with no luck. This operation should be shut down, please read older reviews before you give them you money. They knowingly sell sick animals. Shameful

I have for 35 years............. I really couldn't fault them. The policy of not selling a tank and fish at the same time. Their general attitude. Some (rightly so) , no that is not for you.... (Oscar and some cardinals) I saw your comment, wow. ok. Not my experience. They have continued to help my friend with regular water tests etc, and quite thorough ones at that. I saw this as I was looking for their phone number. They spoke to me on the phone for over 12 minutes, without asking why. We ironed out what I thought may be the issue with my friends tank. They don't have a customer service line, but they do do it. :)

I called darshan driving school as I needed an instructor to accompany for the driving test. They…read moregave me a lady called Sunitha. First she came 15 mins late and then she came in a different car from what was promised. I had never driven that car before. She was fidgety and kept mumbling to herself in her language which was so distracting. Unfortunately my test couldn't be held as they said that my hazard perception had expired. She still charged me full and demanded the money while we were still at vic roads centre. When I booked her, i told the lady who does the bookings as well the person who confirms the bookings that I have to pick my son from his child care on the way back. My husband had already left child seat there but Ms Sunitha still threw a fit about it saying she will not drop me home or pick my son. I don't know about all the instructors of the school but I still wouldn't recommend Ms Sunitha to anybody.
