First of all there is no office. His office is a virtual one. The receptionist is completely stressed out . She is so exasperated. Her explanation is obviously memorized and very short. She knows nothing and has no time for any questions because she knows nothing. I had a recovered garnishment of oven 1300.00. I had a check for the amount of 821.00. He obviously took out his $500.00 and sent me a check on a bank account that was not his and no one in Albuquerque or in the virtual world would touch, not even the actual bank it was written from. I can contacted him and was told that he would write me a check from his Sunward account.
I did as instructed came to his office and was told oh no he only has a virtual office. I collect mail and blah blah blah. I handed over my check. That was literally 5 days ago. I know 800 bucks is nothing. Well it's everything to me and he is aware of my current non existent income. He lied to me. He allowed me to believe he would replace as I turned it in. He even charged a 20 stop payment in check. Nothing. I have had a man take my paycheck cash it keeps 500. The check is dated September 17 TH. 2026.
Today's date is the 6 the of October 2026.
My concern is I notified Turnaround that they did not notify any of my debt collectors. Not one. I do not feel that the 500.00 balance was earned. I have u haul. Enterprise plus at least 4other major companies who know nothing of this bankruptcy I speak of.
So in short he took my money cashed it and sent me a bogus check. After I handed the check back and he said he would write me another he did not. He did not finish his job with me. He took my garnishment and now is withholding my money. 800 bucks. I'm no one. Apparently not even a trusted client. He speaks like he gives a damn, He doesn't.&he lied to me.
