Rebecca showed me that there are good lawyers out there. She handled my husband's case with ease. Her and her paralegal, Laura, did an amazing job on my case. Her team was professional and knowledgeable. They processed our documents fast. At one point homeland security came and took my husband. Their team blew up their telephone line and Rebecca showed up to the center to get him out and they did let him go. During interrogation they had my husband sign documents he didn't understand that could have led to his deportation because he signed away his rights but she got all of that thrown out. She knew what she was doing and it really showed when we needed it. Afterwards my husband had two more appointments with ice. I don't remember why. He was scared and wanted her to go with him so she did. When it came time to do the interview she prepared us well and went with us to the interview. She knew the different officers. From start to finish she helped us and was invested. The reason I am writing this review now is I recommended her to a friend and realized I never wrote a review. Rebecca is a good person who is an even better lawyer. If you want someone who is honest and good, choose her. My husband is Muslim and Algerian and she never discriminated. She represented him like he was her brother. Thats integrity. And I know she is like that for all her clients. It's hard to find a good honest lawyer and that's why I recommend her.

The office is family friendly with seating areas equipped with activities to keep young people occupied while important matters are handled with calm, patience and a sense of urgency. The majority of staff is bilingual (spanish/english) and the organization is quick to accommodate those who either do not speak or hear english by bringing in external professional translators. The office is extremely busy and administration goes above and beyond to make sure those that contact are either scheduled or given an alternative organization that can best handle their matter. The office is open and inclusive to all. I enthusiastically recommend Rebecca and her staff for all your immigration legal needs.

We have been married 11 years and have 3 daughters here in the U.S. We began our case with Manny and Gordon in January 2013. We have had a $0 balance since the first year. We keep getting passed to different Attorneys/Paralegals. One of those Attorneys gave some bad advice, that caused a large delay and distraction from what we originally planned for my husband's case. We keep hearing excuses that when we are passed to a new Attorney/Paralegal that "our case is put on the back burner" or misplaced. They continue to ask for papers that have already been turned in, saying now they are too old or have been misplaced. It is completely unacceptable that my family has had to go through this! Our case has not be given the attention or follow through that was expected! I hope my story helps someone in this situation avoid the problems that come with this firm. Brittney Deras P.S. I just noticed that I said we started our case in 2013, as of today we are still waiting on our wavier to be completed. I don't see any change in status for my husband anytime soon.

The so called lawyer more like the name on the paper work "Santiago Juarez" does not have any contact with you. You will always speak to people with no license to be handling and giving legal counsel. assistants not paralegals acting as your legal rep. They have no clue what they are doing. My husband and I FILED for immigration case back in 4/ 2022. The docs included the affidavit of support with all the supporting documents (1040s, W2s, letters from VA) and turned these in, in person. in 7 months we were called once in 10/2022 to go for fingerprints. Otherwise we did not hear any thing from the office unless it was for a payment. Nothing was communicated to us period. When we would call Mayra the one originally working our case she did not answer. No call or any attempts to inform us of anything. Each time we called we were told we would get a call back. No one ever got in touch with us about any change, a status, or just to simply inform we were waiting for immigration to update. We were not provided a case number for the immigration site. When i asked for it they would say they would look into it. We found out later Mayra our original case handler was out on maternity leave. Nor her or her "team mates" called to inform us of her departure. Or to update on who was now handling our case. Suddenly in June of 2023 we get a call from Patsy requesting for medical and covid shot records and informing us she is now the one working our case. She informs us on June 21 of this requirement. Then a few days later we are being asked for tax documents for the sponsor. Which we had given them last year when we filed originally. Then a few days later another call asking for new signatures on a new affidavit of support. Again a form we had given them last year. When I questioned this I was told they needed fresh signature. After confirming this was all that was needed several times, On 7/24/2023 We receive more calls from a new guy named Yanko who has now taken over the case. He is asking yet again for documents we had sent in Several times. I asked questions he was unable to answer, he told me the case was just handed to him and he didnt know everything about it. I told him we had already sent the requested docs and he said he did not have them. He Also informed us our case will be rejected without these docs even though they already had them! He also told us that we need to get everything in by 7/27 and come to the office for a wet signature and if we did not we would lose the case. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to the lawyer and was told he was not there but i could meet with Marcella the manager or second in command upon our arrival. When we arrived at the office on 7/27 for the requested new signature Marcella was not available due to "a family emergency" and the signature requested was no longer needed. We then see the letter from immigration requesting the docs was dated in April of 2023. They did not contact us for almost 2 months for this request. When i asked about this he told us they received the letter late in the mail. We also noticed the request asked for the affidavit of support again. So basically the docs we gave them and paid for to be filed in April of 2022 were never FILED!! We were on a time constraint because of their lack of work! Not one of them even informed us of this. I also will point out the office is terribly disorganized i am able to see piles and piles of personal info thrown on desks visible to anyone who walks by. Information such as social security numbers, ids, w2s. They have no regard for privacy. No wonder our paper work was delayed. It was lost in their office. They don't use secured email and they ask for person info to be sent by text and you will be told you'll call back and don't. I continue to call and We were told Marcella would contact us by 7/31. I finally received a call 2 days later explaining that they were sorry and would take the interest charged off the cost of our case since i was unhappy. That it was immigration that was late not them. When i asked for documentation that the case was originally filed they would not provide. We paid for services that were never rendered. They added thousands of dollars in interest when we refused to continue to pay. When i asked for a breakdown of charges on multiple occasions i was told to read my contract. Which they wont provide a copy of. Why would a simple break down of charges be so hard to provide? After informing of a malpractice lawsuit they agreed to take interest off our bill and claimed we still had a balance owed. we are now receiving letters stating that if we go with another firm we are under contract and that it can affect our case status . Pretty threatening statement for people who don't render service you pay for.
