I had a very disappointing experience with this Chris from Durable lawn and would not recommend…read morethem. From the start, the project ran multiple weeks beyond the promised timeline. After installation, my yard had serious leveling problems, and the crew had to return several times to attempt repairs. Unfortunately, the same major issues remain unresolved. There are an excessive number of seams throughout the turf--far more than industry standards. Multiple competing turf companies have since confirmed that this appears to be the result of using scrap or leftover materials rather than new, properly sized sections. The turf is also loose in many areas and lifts easily, creating both functional and safety concerns. To make matters worse, after running my sprinkler system, I discovered a broken pipe beneath the paver base. This damage did not exist prior to their work and is directly related to the installation. After repeated attempts to fix the issues, ongoing defects, and now additional property damage, I no longer have confidence in this company's workmanship or ability to make things right. I have requested a full refund so I can have the yard redone correctly by another contractor. Instead of making matters right, Chris sent me multiple messages stating "I hate people like you", " I'll put a lien on the house", and " At this point you being very picky. The job doesn't look back at all I seen it myself." This experience has been costly, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before hiring this company.

They first forgot to cap a sprinkler head after installation which bubbled up a massive pool of water under the turf. When I notified them of this, they took so long to offer to even come out that we had to pull it back and cap the sprinkler head ourselves. No apologies from them on this. Then over time we started to have a pretty major pool leak, after months and months of thinking it was our pool and finally paying to have a leak specialist come out, we realized that it was from the pipes that led to our pool. Their team had staked into our pipe that ran to a jet in our spa. This pipe was leaking water underneath the artificial grass and under our pavers around our pool for MONTHS! I notified the business owner and staff of all of this with proof of pictures and videos. They state they submitted an insurance claim months ago but never follow up with me in a timely manner. They haven't apologized about any of these or tried to personally handle the problem with me. I am so incredibly disappointed in how this has all gone and been handled. I would not recommend this business. Should anything change, I will adjust this review but for now my opinion remains.. horrible service

"His Guys" did a terrible job of matching seams and finalizing my sprinkler system that needed adjustments. The paver work done by another company was terrific, the compacting work and leveling was great, but the actual turf part was laid with more seams than needed and patched together in places that should not have been. Now I've had my one area torn up for the third time because the sprinkler work they did failed as many times and I had leaking under ground. As expected on this project there were cut wires for landscaping and pierced plumbing due to the spikes but the responsiveness was terrible. Not to mention the left over material he put on Craig's list so I had a caravan of people shoveling free material off my driveway. Just unprofessional and non responsive. Never lives up to a commitment and never follows up with a call. I hate giving bad reviews to people because some of their guys worked very hard but beware of the issues you will face using this company. Today the phone was suspended when I called to find when they are coming to repair the part of the lawn they peeled back to fix the sprinklers again. I guess it's my job now!
