Our pool has an unusual shape, so the turf required a lot of precision and skill and they did a beautiful job. They also installed our pavers exactly how we envisioned them and were incredibly accommodating as the project evolved and we added things beyond the original plan. I had a very disappointing experience with this Chris from Durable lawn and would not recommend…read morethem. From the start, the project ran multiple weeks beyond the promised timeline. After installation, my yard had serious leveling problems, and the crew had to return several times to attempt repairs. Unfortunately, the same major issues remain unresolved. There are an excessive number of seams throughout the turf--far more than industry standards. Multiple competing turf companies have since confirmed that this appears to be the result of using scrap or leftover materials rather than new, properly sized sections. The turf is also loose in many areas and lifts easily, creating both functional and safety concerns. To make matters worse, after running my sprinkler system, I discovered a broken pipe beneath the paver base. This damage did not exist prior to their work and is directly related to the installation. After repeated attempts to fix the issues, ongoing defects, and now additional property damage, I no longer have confidence in this company's workmanship or ability to make things right. I have requested a full refund so I can have the yard redone correctly by another contractor. Instead of making matters right, Chris sent me multiple messages stating "I hate people like you", " I'll put a lien on the house", and " At this point you being very picky. The job doesn't look back at all I seen it myself." This experience has been costly, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before hiring this company.

First, they won't even provide in writing the manufacturer and product they installed to validate it's actually what I ordered. They do not make the effort to create a seamless, natural look. It is solely a time/install equation. Turf has a pile direction, it looks different from side to side. They throw it every direction and therefor it makes your lawn look like it has varying products on it and seams are more obvious, looks like patchwork. There are also ridiculous patches like a triangle and a seam within 3 ft. of the entrance of the yard. A quality installer will take the time to make your lawn look cohesive and natural, vs. patchwork

The crew worked incredibly hard and they did it right. All the blades run in a logical direction so that it doesn't look like patchwork like I've seen in other yards. Skye the owner was in site every day overseeing things, and was on top of everything. They really cared about a quality finished product. They even saved a piece of turf that our dog could roll around on for our lanai cut into the shape of a dog! High recommend this company! In fact, we are having them come back to do our swale area.

"His Guys" did a terrible job of matching seams and finalizing my sprinkler system that needed adjustments. The paver work done by another company was terrific, the compacting work and leveling was great, but the actual turf part was laid with more seams than needed and patched together in places that should not have been. Now I've had my one area torn up for the third time because the sprinkler work they did failed as many times and I had leaking under ground. As expected on this project there were cut wires for landscaping and pierced plumbing due to the spikes but the responsiveness was terrible. Not to mention the left over material he put on Craig's list so I had a caravan of people shoveling free material off my driveway. Just unprofessional and non responsive. Never lives up to a commitment and never follows up with a call. I hate giving bad reviews to people because some of their guys worked very hard but beware of the issues you will face using this company. Today the phone was suspended when I called to find when they are coming to repair the part of the lawn they peeled back to fix the sprinklers again. I guess it's my job now!

There are so many turf companies out there, but I highly recommend you go with SYNLawn, or at least meet with them to see how different (in a good way) they feel. Their prices were extremely fair. We even have a plan where when we build our pool, they will remove the turf and reinstall it to not damage the turf. That was also a huge selling point.
