My lawn has never looked better, I've been using this company when it was Dorsey Lawn Care over 8 years ago. The service they provide is super when the Bermuda grass is dormant or when it's lush and green. I evaluate this on the weeds that are not in any place of my lawn. The lawn has become thicker each year since Turf Master's have been treating it. I had 4 large oak trees which produce lots of leaves. Turf master came out and retreated my lawn once I was able to rake the leaves from the property. I can write a thesis about them but will end it here. Last week, the Turf Master tech was performing irrigation in my front lawn and busted the water pipe. My lawn looked like a geyser! The area manager "Nick" canceled the payment for the irrigation and refused to acknowledge the $360.00 plumbing bill. My husband contacted the branch manager "Mark" twice and left two messages to resolve this issue; however we have not received any response. We have been with this company for two years and have never had any problems until now. I have canceled my service with Turf Masters and will be making a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and our attorney. ive been a loyal customer with Turf Masters for least 5years. But the last couple of years things seem to be going down. I made a call to their customer support line a day prior to coming out to service my lawn. the company Rep told me that he would make sure my request and complaint would be taken cared of and he would note it so the tech could address the problem. (bare spots in lawn). I ask the tech when he arrive if he had been informed of my problem in the lawn. He said no. I will start looking today for a more reliable company. read more

Marginal service at best. After moving to area in February, I contacted Turf Masters for Lawn Service. Having had Fertilization Services for 25 Years, I immediately noticed that the service I was receiving was substandard. Minimal application of everything, sporadic to non-existent coverage of my lawn. In five months I never saw the same technician. The technicians and managers I spoke with were polite and professional. I feel that the problem is that corporate policy tells the technician what to do and that the level of care is the absolute bare minimum necessary to say they were on your property but not enough to effectively treat the weeds and properly fertilize the property. When I called to cancel, the announcement said to treat the customer service Reps respectfully; that tells me the level of customer satisfaction is low across the board. I cancelled and called another company, it will cost me a bit more but I have no problem with that if they are better and more reliable than Turf Masters. Would I recommend them, No. read more

We've been with turf masters for three years. During that time we noticed that half of our yard was being treated, and now it shows. We even have video of technicians not treating the full yard. We are completely disappointed and are looking for another company. My husband and I have to actually pull weeds by hand now to save our yard. This company is unethical and unreliable! read more

I've had this company providing yard care service for a couple of years. You would never know it because it looks the same as everybody else on the block who doesn't get any service. It has been perpetual poor service. But it only gets worse. When calling to ask about it I was told that they only do the front and sides of my property and not the back. This is the first time I've been told this. This is not a fenced or enclosed property and is rather small. I was never told they would only complete a partial job. Then two days ago I had them aerate my lawn. Big mistake. They tore huge chunks up in my yard that we had to manually put back into place, skipped the back again, and severed my internet cable. I had to pay the internet tech to come out and fix the line. When I spoke with the service manager for this area he blamed me saying they sent out a text with what to do. I have the entire text chain and there was no text for that. When I told the service manager he got confrontational. He said that he saw my yard and that it was torn up more but that was due to the recent rain and should be fine. He didn't even care about the internet being severed and tried to blame it on AT&T saying they should have buried it deeper. I have canceled all services with this horrible company and encourage anybody to go anywhere else. Poor service from people who damage your property and don't care. read more

Would not recommend this company. Technicians show up and only treat front yard leaving approximately 12,000 sf of backyard untreated. Here and gone in 10 minutes. Have tried very hard to get my yard aerated for over 6 weeks...they schedule you and don't show up. Very hard to communicate with, and when they do, it's BS. I cancelled all my services with them. They've been servicing our lawn for almost 4 years now and after the first year, four neighbors followed suit and we've been seeing more neighbors within our subdivision following suit. We need to be very patient and provide guidance to the next generation of workers. read more

If you'd like your yard to look like this after it was green, I highly recommend this group. If you don't want to destroy yard you might look elsewhere. Then if you like having horrible customer service and being argued with and belittled you need to reconsider hiring these folks. Absolutely a ridiculous and unprofessional company!! It is $130 for "EACH" application, which is multiplied across numerous applications throughout the entire year. They have repeatedly raised their price within the last year alone. If you miss just one application, they are quick to blame the customer for any weeds. NEVER do they take responsibility! They refuse to give out local branch phone numbers, so the only person you can talk to is a young girl who's only job is to take phone messages. Then, you're lucky if they call you back. She can't do anything meaningfully to assist. I wonder why?? They don't want to talk to you! Also, they will not schedule on a day of the week that is requested weeks in advance. They never try to work with the customer, because they don't care about you! Rather, their standard answer is that you'll be scheduled within 5-7 business days. They don't even try to coordinate a time with you. Therefore, their service will most likely never be on a mutually agreed upon day of the week. Of course, they don't want the customer to be home while they are spraying your lawn. That way, they do a half-effort job of applying their diluted spray. They "race" across your yard in effort to apply as little amount of spray or dry granules as possible. Then, afterwards, they will instantly blame you for the weeds that are still thriving in your yard!! This company is a total joke that doesn't deserve another penny of my money! They are as bad as Tru Green! I'm DONE with them!! read more
