If I knew that Gutter cleaning on a Budget would just clean my gutters that would have been fine…read more But the technician, for some unknown reason, decided to remove the elbow to the drainspout and place it away. And he actually drilled it in place. I knew that this was wrong but I figured that he knew what he was doing. Man was I wrong! So the opening to the downspout was left wide open being exposed to the elements. So 13 months later the downspout was clogged and they had the nerve to ask me why I waited so long to tell them. Because it took 13 months to clog it. I had water crashing down from my eavestrough because water was not able to go down the downspout. I've asked them to come over to fix the problem that they caused. Clean my downspout that you clogged and put the elbow back in place. They will not fix the problem that they caused and they wanted me to pay them too. This Company should not be in business. I told them that I am a senior citizen who lives with a traumatic brain injury. I am so disappointed in Gutter Cleaning on a Budget. I am calling another gutter cleaning company and they can clean my gutters and move the elbow back where it goes.
