Can't say enough about how pleased I was with my experience in this store. I was having an issue…read morewith a Samsonite product I had purchased at another store. I stopped in just to ask a question regarding repair/warranty policy. Corey (store manager) offered to take a look at my suitcase. When I returned with the it she quickly found a problem and without question offered to replace my suitcase. Within 5 minutes I was happily leaving the store with a brand new suitcase. I travel 45 weeks a year and have Samsonite suitcases with excess of 500K air miles on them. I have been very pleased with all my Samsonite products and now having had my first problem with a piece of luggage that probably gets more wear and tear in a month than the average piece gets in a lifetime am more than satisfied with their customer service and warranty policy.

Delivery and hookup were done with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. A few weeks later, our dryer broke down. We were able to pick out the Amana dryer over the phone. The delivery drivers (Ricardo and Alex) were again very courteous and professional. This was the best overall experience in selecting appliances my wife and I have had.

Their process allowed for us to pick up the items on our own schedule by using a key code to access our items. There was a similar process for returns. We got a stroller, a push buggy, a rocking horse, a safety gate, a high chair and a bin full of toys that were perfectly hand picked for my 18mo old daughter.
