He was extremely dismissive and did not give us any helpful information on our dad's situation. Bedside manner SUCKS, this was after meeting him twice before surgery, right after surgery while daddy was in recovery, and today. He is very vague about the case and didn't give any real specifics. He said not to believe what you read on the internet. Really??? We've learned more off the internet about the type of tumor it is than anything he has told us. Grade IV Glioblastoma. They said to come to the appt at 10:15, scheduled at 11:00. We went back to talk to him about 12:30. They had lost our dad's paperwork and DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS THERE even tho his name was on the list in the office. Dr. rushes through the appointment and gave no specifics on what to expect or anything. He said "we got 90% of the tumor" and we'll set up appts for chemo and radiation. Come back in 3 months for follow up. Said his assistant would answer any of our questions and he left the room. Came across as very egotistical and arrogant. Seemed as if he was just to busy to bother. Not trying to bash this Dr. This was our family's experience with him. Wish we would have known before the surgery, we would have chosen someone different!!!!!

Her office never once called me and refused to call the referring doctor to sort a paper problem that I later learned they admitted to the referring doctor they had the paperwork the whole time. They told me all information has to come from the doctor would not take my insurance over the phone, the after they finally asked me why my daughter needed the apt. They interrupted and questioned if we lived in Oklahoma and if they were even on our insurance. I found them on my insurance website, so yes. I explained we recently moved to Oklahoma. The office is rude, their process is broken. They lied. I suggest you avoid the stress entirely and seek help somewhere else. Our referring doctor contacted another neurologist yesterday for us, they called me first thing this morning and her appointment is this coming Tues. They saw the need and the urgency and was kind and considerate. You don't have to accept this kind of bad behavior from a bad doctor. Seek help with a doctor that actually cares.
