I really like a respected the fact that she knew that working other areas may cause the problem area to loosen or stop hurting, a lot of people always think because you hurt in one place that, that place is what needs to be worked on, but the body is so intricate and super connected. After that assessment we got into the therapy and it was simply amazing. She worked on areas where multiple muscles connected with tendons and ligaments; areas no one else has ever really focused on and she ended up getting my muscles to release a lot of LONG lasting tension and even helped me with my Baker's Cyst, which that wasn't allowing me to straighten my leg out completely when it flares up and builds up fluid. My session was very thorough and nothing short of real life miracle work. It is amazing when such a knowledgeable person applies medical trainingloo with experience and the theoretics of the mind body connection. I've been to Neuro surgeons, acupuncturists, and plenty of massage therapists and I am not knocking their knowledge and what they taught me about my injuries/body thus far, but Nikki put it all together and figured out what the real culprit was. At the end she went above and beyond and showed me exercises to do daily to help strengthen and better prevent recurring problems.
