Awful, awful company. They miss out entire villages on their bus route, but if you phone them up they will happily lie to you and tell you the bus is on its way. If you complain by email they will lie to you and tell you they ran the bus to schedule. They have now admitted it, but they won't refund the taxi costs I incurred. They have sent me a bunch of useless vouchers for shops I never visit though. If I could give them zero stars I would. I realise that things go wrong, but to deny it and lie to your customers is NOT the way to handle it. read more
