A group of seven of us made an appointment with Jasmine to book a holiday.. It was not til she consulted her manager about something, that she said she was a trainee. She did very well. It must have been very daunting to arrange three holiday, link them together, get the flights and discounts right, but she was very calm, methodical and took her time.. And yes we were in the shop a very long time but she got on with it, made everything perfectly clear and checked with her supervisor.. Well done Jasmine, a real asset to Tui. read more
