Spent considerable $$ north of $20K (not including monolithic concrete slab) for a 24 x 36 metal warehouse building in 2022. Poor communication as they don't keep customers well informed. When a crew finally became available...they came from California and erected my building in record time. But they cut corners so they could finish in an afternoon. We later discovered that they never applied sealant on the metal roof panels nor any on side metal panels which consequently allowed water into the building during torrential downpours damaging several stored items. I had also paid for caulk sealing of the base perimeter of the building and saw one guy literally running around the building haphazardly applying caulk. Would not recommend this outfit ever again. read more

Tuff shed is the worst place to do business with I ordered my shed and waited 6 weeks to get it When it was delivered half of the shed was on the truck So they unloaded the shed leaving lumber all over my carport! Then they said it would take 3 weeks to get someone here again After hearing that I canceled the order I have been trying to get my $3000. Back for 8 weeks I've written .. called them.. texted them and nothing I told them I want my money.. they have their shed back Promise after promise of the checks in the mail I'm going on a campaign telling everyone about my experience with Tuff Shed in Las Vegas I stopped by Home Depot and talked two people out of buying a shed just last week!! Do not waste your time or money with this Company here in Kingman! Ever since they started "installing" this custom shed, it has been nothing but PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM! First wrong door, then trim wasn't finished properly. Took about 2 weeks to get the correct door, then it wasn't installed correctly, and I had to keep it shut with a bungy cord until they could get out the following week! Then we got rain and guess what.... Of course, IT LEAKED! From the roof AND THE DOOR FRAME! They came out to fix those items, but not positive the roof doesn't leak anymore, but the door still does! And of course, it will take at least ANOTHER WEEK to get somebody back out to refix that problem! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! read more

We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed and the installation was left incomplete. The installers were supposed to return to fix the multiple problems the next day, but never returned and no one contacted us. My husband contacted our salesman and reported the problem and he promised to contact the main office in Vegas. My husband finally called Vegas after not hearing from them and they said someone would contact him within 3 days. Well, that was now four days ago and still nothing. We are very disappointed with Tuff Shed. We have both owned Tuff Sheds in California and were very happy with the installation and the sheds. You can do better Tuff Shed! I had the worst experience ever. These guys sent a couple of rude lazy a$$ to my house to deliver my tuff shed. They weren't here 5 minutes and said nope its not happening. They did get to my house after 3pm and it was hot outside. Obviously they didn't want to do the work this late in the day. I made sure that they had enough room to get there materials back there. We are/were repeat customers and thought we could trust the tuff shed brand. Thats never going to happen again, I've never felt so backstabbed. read more

Do yourself a big favor avoid this place, this Company doesn't care about their customers, they have no communication with you, tell you dates for delivery and then do not show up, and then only after you call, to see what's going on. No show 2 times with no call and no communication at all. If there was a -10 stars I would give that. The contract stated my address and it had been confirmed by Steve Queen, and they still sent the installers to the wrong city a hour away. The installer did a good job, but I could see the disappointment with him and he was embarrassed by their mistake, I told him it was no reflection on him. Avoid this place like a bad habit. NIGHTMARE!!! Anyone thinking of purchasing a Tuff Shed I warn you that you will be frustrated, disappointed then reach your boiling point and regret your purchase. Short version of our experience: Purchased May 30, 2022 and today is Aug 19, 2022 our shed is installed, and it took 2 sheds to make it right. First installation on July 22, 2022 was horrific. Walls mismatched, 2x4's out of the junk pile, nails used instead of screws etc. Due to mistakes at the manufacture phase the shed could not be completed on top of the lack of knowledge of the installers we were left with a yard of wood laying around and a half built shed. Wood was of course warped sitting out in the monsoonal rains. Multiple phone, calls, promised install dates (5) we we're done with Tuff Shed and told them we were going to cancel. The big boss got involved, sent out to us a new shed with good lumber and they hired an outside general contractor and low and behold we have our shed. 2nd to None LLC in Kingman, AZ are professional and have spectacular skills. Of course there was a problem, TUFF Shed failed to provide roofing paper so my husband ran to Lowes to get it. Now to go through the process of reimbursement. Anyway, 2nd to None, LLC built the shed that we purchased albeit 2 1/2 months later. If you do purchase a Tuff Shed insist on 2nd to None to install or contact them and they can build you a shed without the nightmare of Tuff Shed's terrible customer service read more

Poor communication. The install was a day late. Poor install. Corners not aligned properly. Nail holes not chaulked. Nails sticking out from the framing. Wrong nails used for the shingles. Ceiling 2 different colors (bare wood and royal blue paint) They left nails and trash on the ground. I contacted Tuff Shed who sent someone out about a week later to fix the issues. He realigned, fixed the other issues but only chaulked 1/3 of the holes. I completed the remaining repairs so I could paint it. I recontacted Tuff Shed to notify them of the issues. They said they would credit me $150 for my problems. 2 weeks later I checked my statement. No refund. I contacted Tuff Shed again and was told that the refund slipped through the cracks. As of now I'm waiting for the refund to post. I should have went elsewhere. read more

Wayne came out to service our Tuff Shed. He gave the best customer service ever!! He is a true professional. He ran back to his shop to get needed items and came right back. He did a meticulous job. I needed some footings cut off the shed and he did an excellent job, left me paint for my shed, vents for the bottom and was very neat and clean. Could not ask for more. Bought a Tuff shed. Wasnt very satisfied. Poor communication on their part. They were a day late on the install date. They arrived late.. There were SEVERAL issue that had to be fixed ie corners misaligned, nails stick out inside, holes not caulked properly. The initial install team left dozens on nails on the ground. Not good when you have pups. Tuff Shed sent out a repair person who fixed most the issues but there were STILL several uncaulked nail heads that he left. Ended doing the finish work myself so I could paint it. Seems to be a common problem with Tuff Shed. read more

The WORSE customer service and overall service I have ever experienced. Ordered a shed, was told two weeks and that turned to a month. I get delays are happening, not the issue. The issue is being told two seperate dates and FINALLY when the truck arrives IT'S THE WRONG SHED. I have only received attitude from Abby or Abigal, in Las Vegas, through the whole process. Even for a simple confirmation. She clearly has no experience being in that business nor should she be a voice for their company. Unless this is the company they like to keep. Any surprise I got a refund at all. Home Depot needs to rethink the business they keep with Tuff Shed, because this was a disturbing experience. read more

irst, ordered shed march 21, then, was called for appt to install the shed on 6/7, on 6/7 I called to ask when they would arrive, I was told sorry, we will be there on 6/10, on 6/9 they showed up to install the shed. The shed was delivered without the roof. SORRY, we will be back with roof when it comes in. 6/11, spoke to las Vegas office, said the roof would be 6/17, 6/16 I was told the roof would be in on 6/27. On 6/26, they showed up with the roof, WRONG color. Roco, the Installer kept saying he was a third party. Not a good installer. Went to Steve Queen at local tuff shed building, told him that the shed roof was wrong, He said it was right color, same as his roof, the roof that they brought to us was brown. We order the silver metal roof that Steve Queen sold us. He said that his roof was , soft stone, which is brown, not the same as what we were told (same as tuff shed sales office roof. We had to switch to shingles, from the metal roof. As Steve said we dont even sell the roof color you ordered, which was confirmed by Jason the warranty technician. , 6/16 was told roof would be replaced 6/27. Roco showed up on 6/26, Was told roof would replaced on 7/13. 7/13 no call no show. Called Steve queen 7/14, he said we weren't even on the schedule. Then got call to set it up for 7/27. 726 they showed up and replaced the roof, leaving gaps and only installed half of my 12 ft shelf, said they didn't have the material. They left. 7/28 got in touch with Vegas office, told them the problems with our brand new shed. Was told they would come 8/9 to fix. After 5 months, I called corporate office on 7/28, . They called Vegas, Wayne came out, most professional of any that I dealt with. He fixed everything. Do not deal with Steve Queen and tuff shed. They dont care. Period. read more
