Very flexible with their appointments and attentive to my rehab needs (this is the second ACL reconstruction I have rehabbed with them). Bobby pushed me to do more than I thought I could and the rest of the staff was fantastic. On the other hand, their billing department needs to get it together! I paid my co-pay EVERY time I was in the office, they billed my insurance company quickly, and they paid Action without any issues. Problem is, I met my Out-of-Pocket maximum and now they owe me money! After a month of dealing with this (and they agree they owe me the money) I'm now fed up! Especially since they have sent me TWO bills saying I owe them money! (I posted this comment on their FaceBook page and it was promptly deleted!) Bottom line, LOVE THE THERAPY STAFF but be sure you keep track of your insurance payments! Don't pay the bills until you compare to the Explanation of Benefits!

A therapist left the doors open between the house and the garage…read more When I came home from work, all 3 of my indoor cats were in the garage without my knowledge and got outside when I opened the door. I was able to catch 2 out of the 3 cats. The one cat that has not returned is my mom's favorite and sleeps with her every night. My mom is very upset and cannot sleep tonight. She misses her fur baby of 5 years. The cat would not have been able to get loose if a lazy worker had just had some manners, up bringing, and good old fashioned common sense to just close the door. My mom is heartbroken because our house pet has not returned. I have serious reservations about allowing anyone into my house who is too lazy to close the door. .The worker never told anyone that the door was left open. Since we live in a raised ranch, my mom never goes to the lower level except when she leaves the home. I consider his actions to be neglectful and unprofessional. I am asking for swift disciplinary action be taken. Apparently, the workers who have been sent out on home visits have not been trained on how to enter a person's home. If they are this unprofessional, how do I know that my mother is getting the proper treatment as prescribed. If someone is too lazy to close a door, I cannot trust them to carry out and document the proper treatment for her. What kind of people are they sending into patient's homes?
