By 11 am they called me to tell me what was wrong and what was needed. I told them what I wanted them to do. He also asked me if I needed help downloading the stuff from the backup or if I could do that myself. Around 2 pm they called me back that the computer was ready for pickup. I went to the store around 3:30 and picked up the laptop computer. I was sure I had to be without a computer for the weekend however their fast, friendly, and reasonably-priced service was awesome. I will use them again when I need computer service done again. I am not a computer geek and do need my computers serviced. I have found the place that I will be using for my computer needs.
