Ravit also went out of her way on a Sunday to make sure all of us were on the same page to prepare for court. We also do not call 1 million times and harass them. Maybe that's why there are some negative reviews. Great service, and actually great price. They are very knowledgeable and really do not pressure you to do something that you do not want to do. they are very supportive and very informative. Ravit is also a little Sassy which we love! i would highly recommend this firm.

I brought my father--a hardworking first-generation immigrant who's sacrificed everything for his…read morefamily--to this office seeking help against an unfair landlord eviction. What we got was utter incompetence and dehumanizing treatment that left us stunned. Geoffery failed to clearly explain basic details: no mention of taking the case or the hefty upfront flat fee until it was too late. My father, navigating language barriers and uprooting stress, simply asked to return the next morning with cash in hand and his case details prepared--a reasonable request for any consultation. Instead, we were met with a vile attitude near 5 PM closing. My father handed the office lady (she was much more patient though she seemed unsurprised by his attitude) the phone, and unaware it was on speaker, he remarked "He's not coming back, tell him to leave." and belittled him by inferring he was playing "games" with the office when it was a simple misunderstanding. This to a man trying to make a smart financial choice amid crisis? The sheer callousness--prioritizing fees over people--was revolting. We left feeling invisible, exploited, and profoundly disrespected. Shame on a firm that treats vulnerable clients like trash. Steer clear unless you're wealthy and fluent--this place reeks of greed over justice.
