At first the storage unit was great. Unfortunately due to the events of 2020 I've been unemployed for 2 months. I've tried to keep the bill caught up but if the bill is more than 10 days late they add so many fees a person can't keep it up. In October I paid the storage via my credit card and specifically told Brenda to keep the card on file but do not charge the card unless I give you authorization. Well come November that card was charged without authorization and caused our checking account to be charged $35.00. That caused the account to end up in the negative because I hadn't authorized the transaction. Brenda said she could do nothing to reverse the transaction which I know is not true. After that happened I believe Brenda was angry and so at that point she started adding charges and trying to send my storage to auction after only 30 days past due. I paid the unit in full the middle of January through the end of January. On February 6th not even 35 days past due I received a notice that the unit would be going to auction if I did catch the bill up. At this time the unit was NOT EVEN 10 days past due. I understand business's need to make money but at this point I get emails every 3 to 5 days threatening storage unit is going to auction. This is the most stressful thing in my life. There isn't much in the unit that honestly I care about. Unfortunately, my 14 year old daughters stuff is in the unit and due to Covid she's really had a hard year. I hate for her to lose the couple items in there that are important to her. I 'd love to talk to one of the owners and get this unit paid off and cleaned out. My husband is disabled and going blind...and am in another state so my parents and friends are able to handle this for me. If someone could just work with me and not keep threatening to send my unit to storage auction I would really appreciate it. read more

The manager was extremely helpful in assisting us with our uhaul reservation. Uhaul did not have a truck for us, however tucker storage came thru and saved the day. Extremely kind and helpful. This is the type of customer service that should be applauded. read more
