I called the office to report this. Five minutes had not passed before Bob Petrovic returned my call, profusely apologized and promised to have someone out right away. Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then? Noah said that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied with everything. And, satisfied I was, not only with the work, but with the quick, polite and professional response by Bob, Noah and the customer service staff at CLE. I have worked with them for many years and they have always done a great job for me!

I had to get a driveway repair service to fix the multiple stress fractures because they grew into larger cracks which cost over $1,000. Kenny is very cocky and does not take responsibility. I'm wondering if he's bonded and insured? Because according to the other reviews it seems like this is a pattern and if he's bonded and insured, why wouldn't he just use his insurance? I should have filed an official complaint with the BBB, but sometimes you don't want to deal with it, as what's done is done. Once you mangle a tree you can't undo it! Live and learn. Also, terrible cleanup despite being charged hundreds (just for cleanup! and no, I'm not a clean freak). Interestingly enough, I read a bunch of negative reviews on this company including on the BBB website (again, after the job was complete), and now that I'm finally posting a review, I noticed that the negative reviews are gone! As I post this to warn others, I just read that the BBB deletes reviews after a while, so now I know. I never thought I would need to save others' negative reviews in order to protect others! Yeowza! These guys are amazing…read more After six estimates, Mark Zivkovich could not be beat! Now, yes, we had heard of them but their reputation did not preced them. Todd, Jeremy and Justin came with a gigantic crane, a swift moving cherry picker and last, but not hardly, least...the Bandit Intimidator (the wood chopper). In a matter of less than two hours, they took down a diseased Ash tree, chipped it into mulch (left us some at our request) and cleaned the yard, street, roof and gutters of all debris! They Left with handsome smiles, left us with smiles and I recommend them to all who need tree services.

In calling Got Grass, my call was answered by Owner, Dan. It was a good, courteous call and, much to my surprise, Dan was meeting me the next day! Dan was on time and, took the time with me which lead to us discussing a problem area I had but, never thought I could afford to resolve. Because of Dan taking the time with me to discuss. In the end, Dan proposed a solution and it was one I could afford! In scheduling the work, again, I was blown away! Dan is clearly very organized and a great communicator. My Crew was on time, courageous, hard working and perfectionist. Along with Peet and Mulch work to flower beds; the back flower beds that were problematic received River Rock. The Rock work is absolute perfection! In closing, I'm so happy to know that I can afford to have this work done, that I no longer can do myself. They cleaned up my entire front yard, side of house and back yard. They went on my roof and cut down all the tree branches that we're hanging on the roof and close to my house. There was so much work that needed to be done and they did it all and more. They also cleaned up all the branches, trimmed all my bushes, cut down trees, planted flowers and trees, pulled out a few dead trees for me, sprayed all the weeds, picked up all the logs and dead tree branches around the house, cut my grass, cleaned driveway and so much more. Bruno hit the ground running as he walked around our house, correctly identified every plant in the various gardens and made suggestions on what should be done to achieve "best landscaped house in the neighborhood." (That's my quote, not his.) He explained why he made certain suggestions - not just giving one of those, "Just take my word for it" lines to increase the cost of his services. We were pleasantly surprised when his quote was within $100 of the other quotes we got - but with the addition of a few more perks like the installation of two basement window wells. It is clear that Bruno loves what he does and does not take his customers for granted. He is one of an extremely rare breed of landscapers who actually answers his calls on his cell, and in one of those few times he didn't, he returned the call within a few hours.
