His people missed the appointments three times----we need to work and we can not sit in the house 24/7 to wait for the reglaze people to come. If there is an appointment, please come on time. Although there is a two-year warranty, the reglazing work is very smelly, we cannot live in the house for at least two days before the smell goes away.

The convertible cut-out installation on my Mom's bathtub went very smoothly this morning. The techs were very professional in covering all surfaces in bathroom before beginning, removed existing glass door and panel, and were conscious of the noise and smell when cutting the porcelain. They installed a fan in the window to blow out the scent. The finished product is clean and neat and we can't wait to use it tomorrow after it cures. Of 3 quotes, theirs was the lowest, and they were the only ones that could remove the glass. It's nice to find a company that takes pride in their work; a rare thing nowadays. I highly recommend!

The tub floor squeaked and felt like it was going to give out. I looked into tearing the entire thing out but after researching and calling about 5 places and getting multiple estimates, it still would cost thousands and some places would not even attempt to repair the squeaking tub - they just wanted to charge me thousands to rip it all out and replace it. I asked these folks tons of questions, nonstop, over about a two month period. They were so incredibly patient, answered every one of my questions, and stood 100% behind their work and testimonials. I finally hired them and they repaired the squeaking tub by injecting foam into the tub floor and refinished the entire tub and walls in their CAPPUCCINO SPECKLE finish. It came out amazing! The tub no longer squeaks and feels solid and new! The finish is so beautiful and came out so well. Their employees were impeccable and masked and covered everything in a very detailed manner. They did not make a mess and they left me with a new shower! I highly recommend giving them a call. Great communication, great reglazing service, at a great price…read more Jimmy and his partner magically turned my outdated and crusty tan jacuzzi tub into a sparkling white brand new regular tub. Jimmy responded to my yelp quote request almost immediately when some of the other guys didn't even bother. At my request, they showed up super early in the morning and were done filling and sanding eight jet holes and reglazing the whole deal before it was time to put the kids down for a nap. Covered up my brass telephone faucet to protect it and had a big duct system to suck out all of the sanding particles and they also swept up after themselves. My kids can now splash around in a tub without worrying about getting sick from some ancient bacteria from the 70s.

The number via yelp is an office landline so à call will be returned during office hours (I mention this because we are now so used to cell phones and calls back at all hours-which is not fair on the vendors to have that expectation).
