Not even once. (I had to call/email my previous internet provider every week, real nightmare). I pay every month now and I'm connected (and that is a fast connection). No istallation fees for fiber optic, affordable prices. You may have a different experience if you are on WiMax, haven't tried that with TV Horadada (Google listing is full of negative reviews). Or maybe they were posted by competitors.

They stopped our service and we connected to a much better company. Horadada continued to debit my account despite my protests. Which went unanswered until they emailed to say they wanted their equipment back, explained that I tried and they ignored that, Cancelled the Direct Debit, now they are suddenly very much in contact. I eventually managed to return the equipment, and their staff confirmed that they had not provided any service for over a year but were still charging me for the useless equipment. I do not have access to Internet banking so the payments of over 50 euros went out. (I thought it was because my electricity went up) They are now asking for my Bank details..... The company's bank needs 3-4 days. Today their employee refused again to see the documentation and treatened to cancel the contract. The installation, the company requires, costs 150EUR. Save your money and above all your health! Find another internet provider.

Otherwise they put you on a cancelation wait list. Which means you will be paying for some 30 extra days depending on when you inform them and when their technician arrives (even if you don't use the service). Don't cancel via email, it will likely be ignored.
