Not even once. (I had to call/email my previous internet provider every week, real nightmare). I pay every month now and I'm connected (and that is a fast connection). No istallation fees for fiber optic, affordable prices. You may have a different experience if you are on WiMax, haven't tried that with TV Horadada (Google listing is full of negative reviews). Or maybe they were posted by competitors.

Otherwise they put you on a cancelation wait list. Which means you will be paying for some 30 extra days depending on when you inform them and when their technician arrives (even if you don't use the service). Don't cancel via email, it will likely be ignored.
