And the kicker is that both times I went, I was 5-10 minutes late, and Nicole still gave me 60 minutes on the table! She also gave me a stretch to do at home to try and keep my trigger point from acting up as quickly. Really can't beat that for customer service. As far as the location goes, there's metered parking on the street as well as free 1-hr parking a couple blocks away.
