Good sushi. Extensive menu. Friendly staff. The only negative is that when we first got there, they were trying to take our order right away, but we needed some time to look over the menu. Once we had decided, it took them a while to come back around to take down the order.

My kids love sushi and after a day at Legoland, I was happy to oblige with their favorite request. Service was shared by all the servers and they were happy to help each other out, which I very much prefer over section only assistance. We started off with the salted edamame and seaweed salad for an appetizer. My seven-year-old boys love edamame, and there was plenty enough for everyone in the portion. The seaweed salad was just a seaweed salad should be, but delivered in a very cute boat and very eye appealing as the appetizer. Then came our rolls, and we had rolls on rolls! There are so many delicious things on the menu that we just couldn't say no. I would recommend all of what we had: Atlantic, Malibu, Negihana, Hawaiian, Samurai Ninja Roll, and Diablo Roll! You really can't go wrong with the rolls here. Incredibly tasty, affordable and an all around enjoyable experience! P.S., just in case, make a reservation- we walked in just a moment after another family of 4 on the Saturday night- they had to wait and we got the first table since we had called ahead! We will be back!

Sushi was OK. Teriyaki steak was good, small portions. Inside decorations could be better. Servers could clean the tables after each customer a little better. Not a bad experience but had much better sushi for the price.

What a great experience. We just moved here and I was craving some really good sushi and I am glad I found them. So, so good and the rolls were fantastic. The servers were so nice as well. We will definitely come back next week.

Never disappoints! I am so thankful for this consistent gem. The sushi is always the right temperature which is super important. If it's raw, it should be cold and fresh, if cooked it should be temp appropriate and flavorful. Did I mention creative?! I know there are vacationers to our area, and they may not know what they are walking into, but as a local I am grateful to be recognized and appreciated when my husband and I walk in the door. Thank you to our staff tonight; Chefs: Tristan and Jirardo, Servers: Skye, Sebastian, and Deanna. We appreciate your kindness, and extra mile. Thank you for taking care of us.

Our family took a quick trip to Legoland. We wanted to splurge on yummy food, and found this gem. Not sure if this place is usually pretty busy, as it was spring break week, and we dined there on a Tuesday. The wait time was not long at all, possibly 10 minutes. Service was great and ambiance pretty typical for a sushi restaurant. The star of the show was the food AND the prices. The food was really scrumptious. Probably took a few minutes longer than we were hoping for, but good things come to those who wait, right? And the prices?! compared to what we are used to in South Florida, these rolls are a steal. Definitely repeatable if we were locals.

Cheers!!! Ok not but when you walk in your greeted with a hello from the staff. Which are all very friendly. The place was clean the two servers working were very friendly they worked together as a team. Making sure customers always have what they need. We had the rodeo roll, California Roll and Krabby Roll all had great taste. The wasabi definitely will clean your sinuses out. Sodas (Pop) are served in cans with a glass of ice. All in all a great lunch. We will be back.

This place is BY FAR the best sushi place in Polk County. I've seen these people take so much shit from customers (I'm a regular) but they're the sweetest group of people you'll ever meet. Theyre also very aware and cautious of allergies. I have severeballergies to certain items on the menu and have never once had an issue with them!So come try it for yourself! The manager is an ABSOLUTE GEM and a ray of sunshine. My favorite server is Deanna but the others are just as great !

Food was great! Service was good. I wish the sushi menu made it easier to distinguish raw, and spicy right of the bat.

(You know what store I'm talking about... starts with an H) Fine, but my personal observation especially based on the visit I made last week is that even though the other market is being hyped up by social media; Lotte is still a better, and more affordable market. Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before. The day we went they even had several people promoting products and giving out samples. I don't recall them ever doing that before and I think that's a great idea to boost sales in items. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Lotte Plaza Market is not your typical supermarket--it's an entire experience. From the moment you…read morepull in, one thing becomes clear: this place operates on a completely different scale. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.

This mall does feel like a backroom, or liminal space. They are as advertised, a local Italian market, deli, and bakery. The trifecta, if you will. It's got a huge parking space area and located next to a gym. They offer a lot of Italian goods from cheese to meats to pistachio spread to snacks. The meat counter offers hot sandwiches and they even have a sandwich of the week. They have a bakery counter and to no one's surprise, many items will be sold out if you go at the end of the day. This was disappointing for me as I really wanted to try their pistachio sfogliatelle. So we got two huge sandwiches, which they cut in half for you, and some baked goods and coffee. They have a coffee counter and the lattes are good. We tried the sandwich of the week, which was a breaded chicken cutlet on fresh baked bread with caramelized onions, fig jam, and provolone. This was a 8.5/10. It was good, rich, and fatty. Not a light meal sandwich. Definitely had half of it and felt very full. We also got the Soprano, which was a breaded chicken cutlet on fresh baked bread with pesto, tomatoes, prosciutto, arugula, and fresh shaved parmesan. This was a 9/10. Lighter on the body than the other sandwich, but it was still filling and I can only have one half at a time. The sandwiches came out to about $30 for both, but that's almost four meals right there for that price. For the baked goods, we tried the Nutella sfogliatelle, pistachio creampuff, and a pistachio cannoli. A sfogliatelle is a laminated pastry that looks like a lobster tail. This was delicious and crispy and sweet. I wish I could have tried the pistachio one. This was a 8.5/10. The pistachio creampuff surprised me. This was a 8.5/10. I thought it was going to be too sweet, but it was good. Pistachio flavor could have been stronger. The pistachio cannoli was a 10/10. This was insanely good and perfect and I should have bought five of them. We tried the cookie butter latte from the cafe. This was a 9/10. The cookie butter was well mixed with the espresso and the espresso was strong and high quality. Overall, this place was a 9.5/10 and I will be back. I mean those prices and that quality moves it from the "let me try" list to the "let me be a regular" list.

I came in, looked the menu up and down, and shortly afterwards a gentleman behind the counter eagerly took my order. Then, a few minutes later the sandwich was done to perfection and wrapped tightly. That was great customer service. Plus, they had a question and communicated to me that they had a question. This doesn't happen at all local delis. The store is clean and well stocked. There is much more of selection here of premade and/freshly made desserts, dinners, etc. Will be back for sure.
