Shihan Sakataka is an amazing and patient instructor. He's not the most talkative person, but he teaches very methodically and has a great understated sense of humor. So it's not only the amount of practice but also the friendly instructions on the details that help people master the techniques. I'm a practical person, so I want to mainly talk about the practical aspect of my experience with CTG. There were more factors about CTG that made me feel good after every time I finished a class. It's one of the place where people can learn and appreciate MMA.
