3yrs ago, I brought my vehicle to LG transmission. It was determined that my transmission was…read moreshot. I was told the transmission would be rebuilt by LG transmission. After a few weeks I was told the repairs were complete, I paid the bill in full and drove my vehicle home. Approximately 2 weeks later I returned to LG transmission complaining the transmission was slipping. Andre checked the fluid level and said everything looked good. I made at least 3 more trips back to Andre complaining about the transmission slipping and each time he would check the fluids and the computer. 1 year later the transmission was slipping so badly I took it to him and he said I need a new transmission. When I brought up the fact he had rebuilt the transmission about 1 yr ago, he started pointing to the mileage saying I put alot of miles on the vehicle. His solution was me buying a remanufactured transmisson and he extended the warranty. This was a terrible solution for me but I just wanted the vehicle fixed. Here we are 2yrs from the date the remanufactured vehicle was installed and the transmission is leaking from it's seals and bolts and is not shifting properly. Again he started blaming the miles on the vehicle and quoted me $1000+ for repairs. Buyer beware.

However, my friend just help me replace the brake two months ago, I got BRAND NEW brake pads, and they still ask me to replace the brakes. I know where the problem is and might need to be repaired in the future, It is ridiculous that they did not find that real issue. This station is such a liar and scam. He has had the truck for over a month this time and it is still not fixed. My husband got tired of getting the run around, so we went and picked it up and have decided to take it to another shop. We have an insurance on the truck to where we only pay a hundred dollar deductible for any problems with the truck and the insurance pays the rest. He told us that the insurance wasn't going to pay for all of it so we needed to pay the hundred plus four hundred more. He also told my husband that he took pictures of the work he did and when my husband asked to see the pictures, he then stated that he didn't take the pictures that the insurance company did.

I've been taking my vehicles there for the past 5 years. One of them is relatively new, about 4…read moreyears old, and one is older. When i first brought them work i was very happy, i recommended them often, and was in there pretty regularly. I felt their charges and diagnosis was good, I spoke with Cliff, an owner, and felt like a good small town garage, one of the few left. But i must say over the past year, maybe 18 months, I've had 2 issues, one after the other, that turned into an absolute nightmare with them. I felt like i was way overcharged, not once but a couple times. I paid unbelievable amounts (at this time unbelievable), because I kind of had no choice, and i was so tired of the time it was taking them, weeks and weeks. like 5. Then got a 10% discount after my vehicle sat there 5 weeks, me calling every other day. It was like a joke, I'd ask when they thought it could be done, she's say, "Day after tomorrow he hopes to get it in and looked at". They knew i had another vehicle, and it wouldn't have been bad except they totally hosed me at the end with the bill. SO i had no choice but to pay the bill and drive away. And since, i asked for an aprox. price for something small i wanted done, and the amount for the simplicity of the work, just added insult to injury. They do pretty good work, I think, which is the one thing i do have to say, and usually if it's just a remove and replace, inspect etc... they're good with appointments. So i can't say anything really bad, it's just how I feel and I think i'm more than fair, but i also will say i'm not as sure or happy with ABE the past year or so. I may continue to bring in my vehicles, probably for inspections or oil change, but i'm looking for a different place.
