Very dishonest business practice. Before my husband brought…read morethe shirts in, we called and asked about the price of regular shirts laundry. We were told $3 a shirt. When my husband picked up the shirts (2 polyester, 2 cotton, 1 linen, all labeled machine wash), he was told "they needed special treatment" (not sure what that meant as they were on hangers, not folded in boxes. They insisted my husband paid $25 for 5 shirts. The next day I went in and asked (he's probably the owner but he did not know me because I was not there before). I asked how much to "wash and pressed cotton shirts" (just to be sure he knew they're not silk or anything that needs special treatment). He said $3 a shirt. I repeated the question, again he said $3. Stay away from this place. They rob you and you have no choice but pay unless you give up your clothings and walk away. They basically hold your garments hostage.

Best Alterations is one of the best for "QUICK OMG HELP" work. They are also very well-priced. Now I wouldn't go here for more complicated work. But for a hem? Yes! So yesterday when my husband tried to claim he would be wearing a pair of pants that were terribly ill-fitting (The kind of ill-fitting that would make Tim Gunn cringe, Nina pierce your soul with her eyes, and Heidi say auf Wiedersehen.) I knew where we had to go. Sure enough, in a matter of 15 minutes, he was in, measured, and out. Less than 24 hours later the pants were finished. And it only cost $8. Woohoo! They saved the day! One day you're in the next day you're out. And it looks like we are still IN.

I have the type of job that requires suits and the last time I bought one I was VERY pregnant and stuffing it all in normal suits but in larger sizes. Fast forward 8 months and now my suits fall of me and just look sloppy. I asked around and had someone mention this place. I called, got a price quote and drove over (no appointment needed). One i arrived they had me try on my pieces, pinned me up and quoted me per piece. I had 4 pants and a skirt taken in for roughly less than $85. The pieces were on the pricier side so I didnt mind spending the money to keep them a functional part of my wardrobe. The lady pinning me in was very friendly and told me theyd be ready in 2 days. I just picked up my pieces and they look GREAT! Probably taken in to half the size of the original and youd never know it. No bunching, no loose stitching and my ass looks amazing! Highly recommend them!
