They have a small helpdesk where there is always someone behind ready to advice and help you. If the queues are big and the person on the helpdesk isn't busy then quite often they will see if they can do anything to help you to save you queuing.

I find that the building society can get quite busy especially on weekends but there is plenty of room for you to queue. At the end of the counters there are a couple of chairs for you to sit on if you are waiting for someone. There is automatic doors making it easier to get through if you are disabled or have a buggy. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Sometimes the bank can get very busy but the staff deal with you as fast as they can. There is a paying-in machine and an atm machine in there that you can use so that will save you queuing up. There is normally a staff standing near it to help you if you're struggling to use the machine. There are also a few rooms there that you can privately go and speak to the staff if you need to talk about anything to do with your finances.
