Staff are friendly and well trained in banking matters and it's a nice small branch which means it is usually quieter than the other branch.

I find that the building society can get quite busy especially on weekends but there is plenty of room for you to queue. At the end of the counters there are a couple of chairs for you to sit on if you are waiting for someone. There is automatic doors making it easier to get through if you are disabled or have a buggy. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

The branch does get very busy at times but they do have two cash points insude as well as outside that you can deposit money into as well as withdrwing it.

This is a decent sized branch when you go in there are a few steps to go up. But if you are in a…read morewheelchair etc then there is a little lift next to them that you can go on. Sometimes the bank can get very busy but the staff deal with you as fast as they can. There is a paying-in machine and an atm machine in there that you can use so that will save you queuing up. There is normally a staff standing near it to help you if you're struggling to use the machine. There are also a few rooms there that you can privately go and speak to the staff if you need to talk about anything to do with your finances.
