Thankfully, I know some locals who came to fix this on my behalf, and I received my refund. Otherwise, they would have stolen my money by making me pay for my last night twice. Water along with some coffee and tea were provided. The kettle was outdated and clearly needs to be changed. The complimentary breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary about it. The bartenders at the bar are very nice and hospitable. They also have a restaurant at the rooftop and the Turkish food I ate was good. This hotel is quite close to the metro and very accessible. Overall good value for the money for location and price but they should definitely update some of their equipment and maybe hire more staff for busy hours.
