I took their hot yoga class, which was both refreshing and energizing. The instructor was incredibly kind and hands-on with her guidance, making the class enjoyable for all levels. The facility itself has so much to offer! It really feels like a one-stop shop for fitness and wellness. There's a small cafe on-site, which is perfect for grabbing something before or after a workout. They also have multiple pickleball courts, which adds a fun, social element to the experience. My favorite part was definitely the recovery area. They offer cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, compression, and massage chairs. I personally tried the compression therapy and was very satisfied with how it made me feel afterward. Overall, this is an amazing space if you're looking to combine workouts, recovery, and convenience all in one place!

Wait!!! I've never written a review? That can't be right. I literally created their Yelp page while…read moresitting in those massage chairs in the Recovery area, I wanted the community to know this place had opened. They're such a great addition to the neighborhood. I remember when this location was just a dream back in the LA Fitness days, but I never imagined it would turn out this fancy. And yes, if you're a member here, you can use any LA Fitness location, but not the other way around. Perks! I was genuinely mind-blown by how beautiful this place is. They did an incredible job. An indoor pickleball court? Yes, please. Who wants to play outside in the Texas heat? Of course, they have outdoor courts too, the place is massive. No need for lockers, they've figured out a smarter system for us. The classes are a blast, and trust me, you'll feel the burn the next day. The changing rooms are super spacious, my fave thing is the Dyson hairdryers, no, it's the huge sauna, no it's the showers, no, its the shower heads. Oh, I just love it all :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) They even have a towel wall right next to the changing rooms, which is super convenient. Just don't try to take one home, you'll beep on your way out. Yep, they've got anti-theft tags in the towels. Clever. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The Recovery Studio is also amazing. I've done cryo multiple times and loved it, it's so good for you. The infrared rooms are cool too. And those air compression boots? They're called Normatec. They help with circulation, and one of the staff recommended using them before and after workouts. Genius. Honestly, I could spend 3-4 hours here easily and just live my best life. They always have specials going on. I just got one for Labor Day, but I'll be away and sadly won't be able to take advantage. If you live nearby, definitely sign up. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a stunning setup with a totally reasonable membership. You might think I'm exaggerating, but let me break it down: I used to go to Glo Sun Spa before they closed their Addison location--$150/month, and cryo was always extra. So it could come out to around $200. Then my silly LA Fitness was another $40, plus their maintenance fee, (which is nonexistent here) and I had to drive between locations. So Club Studio, everything included $250/month totally makes sense. Everything's in one place. It's bougie, gorgeous, and probably the best gym I've ever been to. Nothing's broken, everything works, and like I said, you get access to any LA Fitness location too. Total win. So... will I see you there?

I've had a consistent gym membership for years and thought I knew how to workout. Thought I knew enough about food and eating healthy that if I did both regularly, I should have a decent physique but we know the mirror doesn't lie. I realized that if I wanted to make a change, I would need to work with someone who is a professional in this field. It was important for me to work with someone who has the actual knowledge about exercise and doesn't just yell at me to PUSH. Someone who can explain to me the methodology and reasoning behind what we are doing. Someone who has studied and spent time in perfecting their art. I found Bryan through Google reviews and from our first session, I knew he was going to be my trainer. And wow, has he been a game changer. I have been working with him for 6 months now and I'm in the best shape of my adult life. Its an amazing feeling waking up and realizing how far you've come. Clothes fit better, skin looks amazing and you're excited to be in photos. Bryan loves doing what he does and it shows in his work. His passion for bringing the change to his clients' lives, his dedication to his work, and his friendliness are only a small number of reasons you should finally decide to skip that one vacation or buying that toy and instead invest in yourself by working with Coach Bryan.

I decided to try personal training and luckily I stumbled across George. I have know friends who had bad personal trainers and spent tons of money with them and never got any results. I have lost about 50 lbs of pure fat, gotten stronger, more flexible, and my lower back pain has completely disappeared. George has me doing lots of stuff that is making my back and core stronger and it is definitely noticeable. Not only have I not had even the slightest back pain in over a year now, but I have found that I can pick up and move big boxes in the garage with ease by myself that I seriously couldn't have even budged before. Trying to move those boxes before I started training with George would have left me yelping in pain and disabled for 2-3 days with serious back pain. Overall I couldn't be happier with my results and would highly recommend George as a personal trainer who knows what he is doing to anyone who really wants results.

It's absolutely ridiculous that this gym can't have employees show up and open the gym in the morning. I really hope you don't plan your day around a morning workout, bc you'll wake up before the crack of dawn, get to the gym, and be greeted with locked doors and no access to your gym THAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. I really hope the manager of the Belt Line and Coit location takes responsibility and the leadership team at Retro Fitness finds a way to remedy this situation that happens over and over and over again. Edit on 9/10/2025: IT HAPPENED AGAIN! If you join this gym, you'll be rolling the dice every morning on whether or not they'll actually be open during business hours. When you wake up before 5AM and head to the gym, you pray there will be lights on and someone will have unlocked the door. B/c once again, I showed up this morning at 5:15AM and the entire place was locked, dark, without a soul inside. It's maddening when you pay for a gym membership and the gym doors aren't open. Once again, I really hope the manager of the Belt Line and Coit location takes responsibility and the leadership team at Retro Fitness finds a way to remedy this situation that happens over and over and over again. UPDATED ON 2/17/2026: DON'T WORRY, THIS PLACE IS STILL HORRIFIC. Like clockwork, no one opened the Belt Line and Coit location. We pay for memberships, but can't access the gym. You may like the low prices of Retro Fitness, but you get what you pay for. I hope you're ready to set your alarm, wake up early, show up to the gym, and then have to turn around and go home BECAUSE NO ONE OPENED THE DOORS TO LET YOU IN. ANOTHER UPDATE ON 5/14/2026 Shocker, it's 5:37AM and there are paying customers standing outside the Belt Line and Coit location, in the dark, peering inside the locked doors of a gym WHERE WE ARE ALL PAYING MEMBERS. I'm truly in awe at how it's possible for this to continue happening. There is an absolute dread I have every morning I set an alarm...not bc I have to wake up and go to the gym, but bc there will ALWAYS be a good chance Retro Fitness won't be open. As I've said before: you get what you pay for. The gym is inexpensive, and the operations of the Belt Line and Coit location continually showcase why that's the case. ONCE AGAIN, ANOTHER UPDATE ON 6/2 It's 5:43AM and the Belt Line and Coit location is not open. It's supposed to open at 5AM. There is a group of people standing outside, waking up before the sun has risen, wondering why we continue to pay membership fees for a gym that can't seem to simply open their doors during business hours. There are very few worse feelings than setting an alarm and crossing your fingers the doors of your gym will be unlocked. The cherry on top of this unbelievable sundae is you can never speak to a manager or leave a message because at 5:45AM no one is answering the phone and the voicemail box is full. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same wrong thing over and over again. I must be insane for continuing to pay monthly dues and expecting things to get better. LIKE CLOCKWORK, ANOTHER UPDATE ON 7/2/2026 A tradition unlike any other: you set your alarm for 4:55AM, put on your gym clothes, drive to the Retro Fitness at Belt Line and Coit, arrive to an unlit gym with a group of PAYING GYM MEMBERS staring inside the gym that's supposed to open at 5AM b/c somehow management hasn't figured out how to simply show up and ensure the gym is physically open during working business hours. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONTINUE BEING THIS INEPT AT MANAGING A GYM?!?!?! Maybe I should be asking myself how is it possible for me to continue thinking this ridiculous gym will remedy the situation. I guess I'm the inept one b/c I continue giving this gym money every month. I can't stress this enough: if there's a gym that's more convenient, choose that gym over the Retro Fitness at Belt Line and Coit.
