The person who answered said it would be completely fine and she would note it. When I got there the receptionist said I missed my appointment time and they would not see me. There was not a single car in the parking lot, so clearly not busy at all. The next appointment I made the receptionist was extremely rude and stand off-ish. Nurse and Nurse Practitioner turned around my chief complaint making it seem like I was there for anxiety when I was having bouts of my blood sugar dropping. They take walk-ins in the AM and appointments in the afternoon. I had little to no wait for my appointment. IDid have to fill out paperwork when I arrived, but I wish this was something that I could do online and print out before my appointment versus having to sit in the waiting area and spend 10 minutes filling out paperwork. The nurse called me back and took my vitals. We are became a little irritated is the very questions that I was asked on the paperwork, she turned around and asked me to input electronically on their laptop. Please don't duplicate processes as it is not time efficient. If you're going to ask me stuff on the paperwork, then get the information off of the paperwork or just ask the patient when they come in versus the patient having to spend time filling out a necessary paperwork. Once my vitals were taken and she asked a few questions, the doctor came in to see me in a timely manner. I explained what was going on. The doctor listed and took additional vitals. The doctor asked if had questions (I said no) and prescribed medication. The doctor was extremely friendly and has a great bedside manner. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The doctor took time to answer questions and asked if I had any further questions and told me don't hesitate to reach back out to them if something came up. The facility was clean and there was ample parking. I can honestly say that when I come back to visit, if I have to see an urgent care facility, I would probably lean towards this particular location versus any of the others due to my experience.

All in all my husband went to a different clinic (a nice respectable clinic) and he was not hassled with questions about his life from 7 years ago. And the test only cost $125 at the better clinic.
